Hotel Ocean

We got a Upgrade and the new room was awesome. Staff was really cool. Located at the ocean drive but wasn’t to nosy at night.

if you to go to Miami, enjoy the sun and the beach, here is the best location. everything was great, the room was clean, the staff was nice and the food delicious. I definitely recommend you.

The location was great. The beach is across the street. The room was not flawless but very nice and comfortable. Alex at the front desk was friendly, supportive, and very helpful. We arrived early but she held and safeguarded our luggage until our room was ready which was also early. The restaurant that was associated with the hotel was excellent as was their staff, Ricardo in particular. The Hotel also made available towels and beach chairs which we able to take to the beach.

Daily cleaning and towel changes We had a situation. The check in staff different people, different attitudes. Initially, we were accommodated in a room that did not correspond to the reservation, much smaller. All my complaints were ignored. Our luck was that upon the change of reception staff, Alexandra a very kind and helpful person, checked the situation and get us in the room we had booked.Thank you, Alexandra. You are a model of the good attitude that guests expect in a good quality hotel!
